Club Update - 22nd July 2021
Further to our email communication on 18th July, we would like to provide an additional update to members on activities at the club now that we have entered Stage 4 of the government's roadmap.
Club session members must continue to sign-in on arrival using the orange book located in the clubhouse. However, as previously noted, we no longer require club session coordinators to run these sessions. The recording of club session attendees has proven useful to the club by showing how well attended the sessions are, as well as allowing us to confirm if guests have visited. We would be grateful for members support on this.
The court booking system and event/coaching booking system must continue to be used as noted in our earlier communication.
To help to support NHS Test and Trace to reduce the spread of the virus, the club will continue to provide the NHS QR poster in the clubhouse for those members who wish to log their details when using the clubhouse. For those members who are unable to scan the QR code, but who wish for their visit to the clubhouse to be recorded to help NHS Test and Trace, you are very welcome to enter your details in the club session's orange book.
In addition to our request that no-one should leave home to visit the club if they, or someone they live with, has symptoms of COVID -19, we also ask that if you have been asked to self-isolate that you do not visit the club.
Further, in accordance with NHS guidance, members who have been told to self-isolate (because they have been in contact with someone who has tested positive) may wish to consider informing those members at the club who they had been in close contact within the past 48 hours, so these members can take extra care when in contact with others.
We continue to ask that members kindly consider the risk of close contact with others and respect those members who wish to continue practising social distancing and wearing a face covering whilst at the club.
Please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any further questions.
Thank you for your support.
